Terms of Service

By accessing or using any content, programs, digital materials, or community spaces operated by MINDHAUS labs — including but not limited to REWIRE™, emails, and related resources — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Nature of the Program

MINDHAUS labs provides educational content, structured signals, and reflective tools intended to support awareness, routine, and self-observation. The program is not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for professional care. Participation is voluntary.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

All content provided by MINDHAUS labs is for educational and informational purposes only. MINDHAUS labs does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental health advice
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Diagnosis or individualized care

You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and should consult qualified professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

3. Access and Use

Access to MINDHAUS labs content is limited to registered members. You agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not copy, redistribute, or resell any content
• Not attempt to bypass access controls or platform restrictions

MINDHAUS labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or disrupt its intended purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Upload or distribute harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content

Violation of these Terms may result in removal or termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, audio, visuals, frameworks, and program structure — is the property of MINDHAUS labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Participants who receive complimentary program access and voluntarily submit written reflections grant MINDHAUS labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those reflections for promotional purposes, with prior written consent obtained before any public use.

6. No Guarantees

Results vary. MINDHAUS labs makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, improvements, or experiences. Participation does not promise specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINDHAUS labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. 90-Day Completion Guarantee

MINDHAUS labs offers a 90-Day Completion Guarantee for REWIRE™ enrollments. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

• All 13 modules must be completed in full, with module completion spread over a minimum of 30 days. Completion of all modules in a single session or within a short concentrated period does not satisfy this requirement.
• A minimum of 60 journal entries must be completed in The Rhythm Journal within 90 days of enrollment.
• Both physical materials — the REWIRE Companion Workbook and The Rhythm Journal — must be shipped back to MINDHAUS labs at the address provided in your welcome email, at your expense, within 90 days of your enrollment date.
• Your refund request must be submitted to hello@mindhauslabs.com with your order number and a brief note explaining what did not work for you.
• Physical materials must show genuine use consistent with program completion. MINDHAUS labs reserves the right to deny refund requests where materials do not reflect the work described.

If all conditions are satisfied, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned materials. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the enrollee.

This guarantee applies to Founding Edition enrollments only. It does not apply to any other MINDHAUS labs products or future pricing tiers unless explicitly stated.

9. Changes to These Terms

MINDHAUS labs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
